Publication of Pricing Supplement

 

The Issuer is pleased to announce today the publication of the pricing supplement dated 3 October 2024 (the "Pricing Supplement") in relation to the issue of £150,000,000 4.818 per cent. guaranteed secured bonds due 2033/2035 (including £50,000,000 of retained bonds) (the "Bonds") (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing £494,500,000 4.818 per cent. guaranteed secured bonds due 2033/2035 issued by the Issuer on 1 December 2023, 21 March 2024 and 6 August 2024) under the guaranteed secured bond programme (the "Programme") established by the Issuer for the issue of bonds unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (to which the functions of the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government were transferred pursuant to The Transfer of Functions (Secretary of State for Housing and Communities Order) 2021). Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the Bonds to be listed on the Official List, and to the London Stock Exchange for the Bonds to be admitted to trading.
