Director Option Grants

On 23 March 2021, San Leon granted options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Options") under the Company's Unapproved Company Share Option Plan to the following Directors:

The Options vest immediately and can be exercised any time up to and including 22 March 2028.  The award to Lisa Mitchell, which forms part of her contractual entitlement in her role as Chief Financial Officer, was previously referred to in the Company's annual report for the year ended 31 December 2019.
