On 07 June 2017, the Company was notified by The Capital Group Companies, Inc ("Capital") that it had sold 6,550,001 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 35.75 pence per Ordinary Share on 05 June 2017. Capital remains a holder of 32,348,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 7.19 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
