The Company was notified yesterday that Toscafund Asset Mangement LLP had acquired through a series of share purchases a total of 1,495,231 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price ranging from 53.75 to 54.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 8^th February and is now interested in an aggregate of 252,851,855 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 56.19 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
