Holding in Company

The Company was notified yesterday that Toscafund Asset Management LLP had acquired through a series of share purchases a total of 2,871,075 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price ranging from 54.50 to 54.61 pence per Ordinary Share on 20^th February and is now interested in an aggregate of 258,256,390 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 57.39 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
