The Company was notified on 03 March 2017 that Amara Equity Invest S.A. had sold 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 54.50 pence per Ordinary Share on 01 March 2017 and is now interested in an aggregate of 31,743,589 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 7.05 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
