San Leon, the independent oil and gas production, development and exploration company focused on Nigeria is pleased to confirm that further to the Company's announcement concerning the " Publication of Admission Document & Restoration " on 8 July 2022, the Company's Admission Document (which contains the notice of EGM) along with the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and notice of AGM has now been posted to San Leon's shareholders.
