Settlement with Avobone

Further to the announcements on 08 November 2016 and 28 April 2017, San Leon, the AIM listed company focused on oil and gas development and appraisal in Africa and Europe, announces that the second payment due to Avobone has not yet been made. The Company is in discussions with Avobone regarding this payment, and will update the market in due course.
