Announcement of Dividend

The Directors of GLIF have declared a dividend of 1p per share for the third quarter of 2011. The dividend will be payable to shareholders on the register on the record date of 28 October 2011.

The shares will have an ex-date of 26 October 2011 and will be payable on 17 November 2011.
