T2 Income Fund Limited ("T2" or the "Company")

Dealing by Investment Manager

The Company announces that on 21 October 2009, Saul Rosenthal and Jonathan Cohen, both officers of T2 Advisers LLC, the Company's Investment Manager, purchased 375,000 ordinary shares each in the Company, at a price of 25p per share.

Also on that date, Oxford Gate Capital LLC, ("Oxford Gate Capital") a company in which both Mr Rosenthal and Mr Cohen each own a 50% interest, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 25p per share.  

As a result of these transactions, Mr Rosenthal's holding is now 975,000 ordinary shares (of which 125,000 are held indirectly though his 50% holding in Oxford Gate Capital), representing 1.12% of the Company's issued share capital, and Mr Cohen's holding is now 979,000 ordinary shares (of which 125,000 are held indirectly though his 50% holding in Oxford Gate Capital), representing 1.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
