Total Voting Rights
The Company advises that as at 31 December 2015 its issued share capital comprises 229,917,364 Ordinary Shares and 20,791,418 2019 Zero Dividend Preference ("ZDP") Shares. The ZDP shares do not carry the right to attend or vote at any general meeting of the Company. No shares are held in treasury.
As such the total voting rights figure of 229,917,364 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
