T2 Income Fund Limited Announces Investment


GUERNSEY - 1 December 2006 - T2 Income Fund Limited (traded on the AIM market of
the London Stock Exchange plc: T2I) announced today that it has made an
investment of approximately £4,600,000 in secured term loans issued by a
provider of information management and business communication solutions
including document management, fulfillment, imaging and printing. The investment
bares a current interest rate of approximately 11.9%.
