Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Walker Greenbank PLC  (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2020 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are now available at the investors section of the Company's website, www.walkergreenbank.com .

Printed copies of the documents, where requested, were posted to shareholders on 6 July 2020.

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00am on 29 July 2020 at Chalfont House, Oxford Road, Denham, Buckinghamshire.

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and UK Government restrictions on public gatherings, this year's AGM will be a closed meeting at which shareholders will be unable to attend. The Board therefore strongly encourages shareholders to vote by proxy, further details of which are given in the Notice of AGM.
