BUSINESSES FROM COURTAULDS TEXTILES PLC
Further to the announcement on 18th February, 2000, the board
of Walker Greenbank PLC announces today that it has posted a
circular to its shareholders setting out details of the
proposed purchase of the Standfast / Barracks and Weavestyle
businesses from Courtaulds Textiles plc and convening an
Extraordinary General Meeting on 30 March, 2000.
