                             Director Share Purchase


Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany,
announces that John Sach, the Company's Chief Executive, has today purchased a
further 390,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 32.0p
per share.

Mr Sach's resultant shareholding is 590,000 shares, equivalent to 1.00 per cent
of the Company's issued share capital.
