Director Share Purchase

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that Terry Stannard, the Company's Chairman, has today purchased a further 35,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 13.5p per share. 

Mr Stannard's resultant shareholding is 70,000 shares, equivalent to 0.12 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company.
