                              Director Share Purchase

Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany,
announces that John Sach, the Company's Chief Executive, purchased 30,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 7 December 2005 at a price of
18.75p per share.

Mr Sach's resultant shareholding is 160,000 shares, equivalent to 0.27 per cent
of the Company's issued share capital.
