Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that today its three Executive Directors have acquired ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The ordinary shares acquired, and the resultant holdings, are given in the following table:
