Director Share Transfer
Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin, Zoffany, Scion and Anthology, announces that on 30 June 2014 David Smallridge, Executive Director, transferred 145,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to his civil partner for nil consideration. Following this transfer David Smallridge's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,133,165 ordinary shares representing 1.89% of the total voting rights in the Company.
