Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), whose international fabric and wallpaper brands
include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that Charles
Gray, a Non-Executive Director, is retiring from the Company's Board with effect
from 12 February 2008.
Charles joined Walker Greenbank's Board in December 2004. During his tenure,
Walker Greenbank has been restored to profitability and has repositioned itself
as a growth company.
Ian Kirkham, Walker Greenbank's Chairman, said: 'I would like to take this
opportunity to thank Charles for his input to Walker Greenbank's Board and wish
him well for his retirement. The Company now is in a much stronger position than
when Charles joined it and I would particularly like to thank Charles for his
role in the Company's renaissance.'
