Exercise of LTIP Awards, Director Shareholdings and Total Voting Rights
Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin, Zoffany and Scion, announces that, following the achievement of performance targets, 1,003,305 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") vested to its executive directors and certain employees under its Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). The number of Ordinary Shares which vested is after deduction of tax and National Insurance.
Following this vesting of Ordinary Shares under the LTIP, the Company was informed on 20 May 2013 that each of the executive directors sold a proportion of their Ordinary Shares as set out in the table below:

The shares disposed of by the executive directors as set out above were acquired by new and existing institutional shareholders at a price of 110p per share.
The Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights remains 59,006,162 Ordinary Shares and this figure is to be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in Walker Greenbank under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
