The issuer advises that the following announcement replaces the 'Directors'
Share Purchases' announcement released on 7 November 2005 at 7:00am under RNS

Ian Kirkham, Walker Greenbank's Chairman, has a total holding of 680,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, not 530,000 ordinary shares as stated
in yesterday's release, following his purchase of 180,000 ordinary shares at
15.5p per share.

announces that the following Directors have purchased ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company at a price of 15.5p per share.
