Director's Shareholding


Sareum Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that a director of the Company,
Giorgio Reggiani, has purchased an additional 44,444 ordinary shares of 0.025p
of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.9p per Ordinary Share in
the placing as announced by the Company on 22 October 2007 (the "Placing"). This
purchase is in addition to the 555,556 Ordinary Shares he originally bought in
the Placing.

Following this share purchase, Giorgio Reggiani holds 600,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.1 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
