                        Exercise of put and call option

The Company announces that Billam AG has exercised an option to acquire
20,000,000 Sareum Ordinary Shares of 0.025p each at a price of 2p per share,
pursuant to the Billam AG Put & Call Option described in the Company's AIM
admission document dated 5 October 2004.

Application will shortly be made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
and a further announcement will be made at that time.
