The Company has today posted its annual report and accounts to shareholders.
Included in the report and accounts is a notice convening the Company's annual
general meeting which will take place on 19 October 2006, at 10am at 2
Pampisford Park, Cambridge CB2 4EE.

Copies of the accounts will be available for at least one month at the above
