Sareum Holdings plc (AIM: SAR), the specialist cancer drug discovery business, notes the announcement of Angel Biotechnology plc ("Angel") made on 11 February 2013 confirming that administrators have been appointed with immediate effect.

Paul Harper, a director of Sareum, was a director of Angel until December 2012, and accordingly is required to make this notification pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
