Resignation of Joint Broker
Savannah Energy PLC, the British independent energy company focused around activities in Nigeria and Niger, announces that, due to the exit of Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") from the natural resources sector, Numis will cease to act as the Company's Joint Broker with immediate effect. Mirabaud Securities Limited ("Mirabaud"), previously Joint Broker to the Company with Numis, will now act as Savannah's Sole Broker.
