Total Voting Rights
Savannah Resources plc (AIM: SAV, FWB: SAV and SWB: SAV) ('Savannah' or the 'Company'), the AIM quoted resource development company, announces that the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 1,235,359,820 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'). This number does not include the 62,100,000 Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the subscriptions announced today which are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 08:00 on 03 October 2019.
This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
