Acquisition of First Pacific Davies Complete

Savills  announces  that,  further  to  the  result   of   the
Extraordinary   General  Meeting  announced   yesterday,   the
acquisition  of  First  Pacific  Davies  has  been  completed.
Dealings  in the new ordinary shares, which were allotted  and
issued  as  part  of the consideration for the acquisition  of
First Pacific Davies, have now commenced, following listing on
the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.

As  set  out  in the Circular to shareholders dated  17  March
2000,  Godfrey Blott has resigned as a non-executive  director
of  Savills,  David Wong has been appointed  as  an  executive
director of Savills, and Michael Healy and David Eastlake have
been appointed as non-executive directors of Savills.
