        Savills / Trammell Crow Strategic Alliance Agreement Termination

Following the announcement yesterday that CBRE has completed the acquisition of
Trammell Crow Company (TCC), the Strategic Alliance Agreement between TCC and
Savills has been terminated. CBRE have stated an intention to sell the TCC 19.2%
shareholding in Savills.

The two TCC nominated Directors on the Savills Board, William Concannon and
Derek McClain, have resigned with immediate effect. TCC retain a right to
nominate one Non-Executive Director whilst they hold over 7.5% of the issued
share capital of Savills.
