              SAVILLS ANNNOUNCES NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGES


Savills plc, the international property adviser, is pleased to announce the
appointment of E Stevenson Belcher as a Non Executive Director with effect
from 1 March 2001.


E Stevenson Belcher replaces H Pryor Blackwell, who resigns with effect from
28 February 2001, as one of the Directors nominated to the Board by Trammell
Crow Company, the leading US real estate company, under the terms of the
strategic alliance completed last year. E Stevenson has recently been promoted
to President of Trammell Crow Company's International Operations, a division
of Trammell Crow's Global Services and serves on the Trammell Crow Operating
Committee.
