                         BOARD CHANGES

Savills plc ('Savills') is pleased to announce the following
Board changes:

Robert McKellar has been appointed as executive Finance Director
of Savills with effect from 1 June 2000. Robert McKellar joined
Savills in 1988 and is currently finance director of FPDSavills
Commercial Limited, Savills' commercial surveying subsidiary.

Also with effect from 1 June 2000 Aubrey Adams, currently
Managing Director, has the title Group Chief Executive.

Finally, it has been agreed that Geoffrey van Cutsem will resign
as an executive director at Savills' next Annual General Meeting
which is scheduled for 7 September 2000.  He will continue in his
executive position within the Group as Chairman of FPDSavills
Limited, Savills' residential and agricultural surveying
subsidiary.

Richard Jewson, Chairman of Savills commented:

appropriate to appoint a designated Finance Director.  I am
delighted that Robert McKellar is joining the Board and I am sure
that he will make a major contribution to the further development
of the Group.
