Acquisition of SEB Asset Management AG

Further to the announcement on 19 March 2015 of the proposed acquisition of SEB Asset Management AG ("SEBAM") by Savills Investment Management, Savills plc, the international real estate advisory firm, announces that the transaction completed on 31 August 2015.

The addition of SEBAM to Savills Investment Management creates a leading European investment management business, which also benefits from a strong platform in Asia Pacific.

Alongside the completion of this transaction, Savills Investment Management and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB ("SEB AB") have entered into a co-operation agreement which will see Savills Investment Management provide real estate investment services to clients of the institutional and wealth management divisions of SEB AB.
