NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS/ PDMRS AND CONNECTED PERSONS
The Savills Share Incentive Plan ('the Plan')
The Savills Share Incentive Plan is a share purchase plan available to all
employees of participating companies and Executive Directors/ PDMRs are eligible
to participate. Each month the Trustees of the Plan invest participants'
contributions in Savills plc Ordinary shares at the prevailing market price in
accordance with the Plan Rules. Shares are held in the Plan for up to five
years.
The Company has been advised by the Trustees of the Plan that on 11 February
2008 shares were allocated at 290.75p per share to the following Directors of
Savills plc who are participants in the Plan:
