DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

The Trustee of The Savills plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trustee') has today notified the Company that on 8 April 2009 it purchased 754,262 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2½p each at 265.16p per share.

Following the purchase, the potential beneficial interest of all the Directors of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by the Trustee has increased to 10,497,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.96% of the Company's issued share capital.
