NOTIFICATION TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE

DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

The Company has today been advised that on 11 December 2009 the Trustee of The Savills plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trustee") purchased 164,466 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2½p each at 277.15p per share.

Following the purchase, the potential beneficial interest of all the Directors of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by the Trustee has increased to 9,402,158 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
