The Company has today been advised that on 16 June 2010 the Trustee of The Savills plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trustee") purchased 1,500,000 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2½p each at 291.68p per share.
Following the purchase, the Trustee holds 9,870,331 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.48% of the Company's issued share capital. Of these shares 619,463 ordinary shares are held in respect of share awards granted under the Companies Deferred Share Plans made to directors and PDMRs.
