NOTIFICATION TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE

DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

The Trustee of The Savills plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trustee')
purchased 100,000 Savills plc ordinary shares of 5p each at 136p per share
today, 21 November 2001.

Following the purchase, the potential beneficial interest of all the Directors
of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by the Trustee has
increased to 1,225,785 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.95% of
the Company's issued share capital.
