NOTIFICATION TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES

Following the exercise of options under the Savills plc Sharesave Scheme and
the subsequent allotment to Savills QUEST Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the
Savills plc Sharesave Scheme, of 12,566 shares of 5p each with effect from
today, 17 December 2001, the potential beneficial interest of all the
Executive Directors of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares
held by Savills QUEST Trustees Limited decreased to 683,511 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 1.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
