NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS

Savills plc announces that, on 22 March 2002, awards were made under The Savills 
Deferred Share Bonus Plan ('the Plan') for the first time. As part of their 
bonus arrangements, recipients under the Plan are granted an award of fully paid 
ordinary shares in Savills plc, with deferred vesting. This year's award will 
vest on 22 March 2007. The following Directors of Savills plc have awards this 
year under the Plan as follows:
