NOTIFICATION TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE

DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

The Trustee of The Savills plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trustee')
purchased 275,000 Savills plc ordinary shares of 5p each at 220p per share on 30
September 2003.

Following the purchase, the potential beneficial interest of all the Directors
of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by the Trustee has
increased to 2,110,285 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.41% of the
Company's issued share capital.
