Changes in Non-Executive Directors
Savills, the international property adviser, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Derek McClain as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 28
August 2002.
Derek McClain replaces E Stevenson Belcher, who resigns with effect from 28
August 2002, as one of the Directors nominated to the Board by Trammell Crow
Company, the leading US real estate company, under the terms of the strategic
alliance. Derek serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Trammell Crow Company
and is a member of the Trammell Crow Company Executive Committee.
There are no details to disclose in respect of Derek McClain under paragraph
6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the UKLA Listing Rules.
