NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS
On 4 August 1999, the Board of Savills plc approved the grant of options over
523,052 Savills plc ordinary shares of 5p each today, 5 August 1999, in
accordance with the Rules of The Savills Sharesave Scheme ('The Scheme'). Of
the forementioned grant, options were granted to the following Directors of
