NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES
Today, 20 March 2000, Savills QUEST Trustees Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Savills plc ('the Company') as trustee of the Savills QUEST ('the QUEST')
acquired by subscription at a price of 202.5 pence per share, a total of 852,119
ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company. All of the shares
acquired by the QUEST are intended to be used to satisfy options exercised in
due course under the Savills Sharesave Scheme. All Executive Directors of
Savills plc are treated as being interested in the shares being acquired by the
QUEST as potential beneficiaries.
As of today's date, the QUEST holds 852,119 shares in the Company.
