                          DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

With effect from close of business today, the potential beneficial interest of
all the Directors of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by
the Trustee of The Savills plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust has increased to
1,926,285 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.58% of the Company's
issued share capital, following the resignation of an employee, who held 30,000
shares under the Savills plc 1992 Executive Share Option Scheme.
