Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES

With effect from today, 27 March 2000, the potential beneficial interest of all
the Executive Directors of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares
held by Savills QUEST Trustees Limited decreased to 849,746 Ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 1.55% of the Company's issued share capital.  This
follows the transfer today of shares from Savills QUEST Trustees Limited to
satisfy the exercise of an option over 2,373 Ordinary shares of Savills plc, in
accordance with the Rules of the Savills Sharesave Scheme.

Subsequent to the above transaction and also with effect from today, 27 March
2000, the potential beneficial interest of all the Executive Directors of
Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by Savills QUEST
Trustees Limited increased to 850,814 Ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 1.55% of the Company's Issued share capital.  This follows the
allotment today of 1,068 Ordinary shares of Savills plc to Savills QUEST
Trustees Limited.
