Acquisition of Estate Management Business
The Directors of Savills plc ('Savills') are pleased to
announce the acquisition by its wholly owned subsidiary,
FPDSavills Limited, of the lowland consulting and estate
management business of Clegg Kennedy Drew.
The value of the net assets acquired as shown in the
accounts for the year ended 31 August 1999 (unaudited) is
approximately £50,000.
Rupert Sebag-Montefiore, Director of Savills plc,
commenting on the transaction said:

management business as well as the scope to provide
clients with a range of well developed support services
through the FPDSavills network and reflects our
commitment to rural estate management in the UK.'
