TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares
The Company received notice on 27 March 2008 from Lloyds TSB Group Plc, in
fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in
accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that it now indirectly holds
voting rights in respect of shares representing 10.84% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
