The Company received notice on 17 November 2009 from Standard Life Investments Limited in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that, following a disposal of shares on 16 November 2009, Standard Life Investments Limited no longer has a 3% interest in the ordinary shares of the Company deemed a notifiable interest.

As at 17 November 2009, the Company has 131,841,846 ordinary shares, which is equal to the same number of voting rights.
