The Company received notice on 24 August 2012 from Oaktree Capital Management L.P., in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that the indirect interest of Oaktree Capital Management L.P. / Amherst S.A.R.L., now represents voting rights over 5.39 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
